There are few risks associated with this treatment. The delivery of Radio-frequency energy generates heat below the skin but a small blister or burn rarely occurs. Mild transient redness and swelling post treatment can be expected. Most patients are able to return to activities the next day but occasional swelling, redness or bruising persists for a few days.
